Tsinghua PBCSF Students Go to Germany for the “International Week on Central Banking”

From May 14 to 20, 19 students and staff from Tsinghua PBCSF are going to participate in the “International Week on Central Banking” Program annually hosted by the Deutsche Bank University of Applied Sciences in Germany.


On the first day arrival in Hachenburg, Tsinghua PBCSF students, along with students from central bank-related universities, including Polessky State University in Pinsk, Republic of Belarus, Banking University in Kiev, UAB Institute at Sumy State University in Ukraine, and Warsaw School of Economics, in Warsaw, Poland, joined the welcome dinner hosted by Professor Enrich Keller, Dean of the Deutsche Bank University of Applied Sciences.


In the first day's lecture, senior lecturer Uwe Schollmeyer shared his view on "The Bundesbank in the European System of Central Banks", who put a great emphasis on the price stability as one of the functions of the German central bank, Deutsche Bundesbank.
