Airport Transportation
The PBC School of Finance is located at an independent campus, about 10 minutes’ walk from the university’s main campus East Gate, near WU DAO KOU Subway station. The Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) is about 35 kilometers away from the Tsinghua PBCSF.
-Taxi
For an international student who comes to Beijing for the first time, you are recommended to take a taxi from the Beijing Capital International Airport. The taxi is available in the designated places indicated by signs in the airport. To guarantee your safety and rights, please take legally approved taxi which has a uniform color and sign. Please do not take illegal taxi, which might overcharge you illegally.
The distance from the Airport to Tsinghua PBCSF is about 35 kilometers. Under normal traffic conditions, taking taxi usually costs around RMB 110 Yuan, including 10 Yuan for express way and 3 Yuan for fuel surcharge.
Please tell the taxi driver “I want to go to the Tsinghua PBC School of Finance: Wo Qu Qing Hua Da Xue Wu Dao Kou Jin Rong Xue Yuan )", and show him/her the Campus Map. Our address: “北京市海淀区成府路43号清华大学五道口金融学院(No.43, Chengfu Road, Haidian District, Beijing)” Please pay the taxi fee shown on the taximeter inside the cab and keep the printed receipt carefully for possible inquiry in case of forgotten belongings or other cases.
-Shuttle Bus
There are also shuttle buses from the Airport to downtown, which cost about RMB 30 per person. Airport Shuttle Bus Line 5 has Zhongguancun as the termial station and is available from 5:30 to 21:00. It is the nearest station to Tsinghua PBCSF. Taking a taxi from Zhongguancun station to Tsinghua PBCSF charges around RMB 20.
-Subway
The subway station nearest to the School is Wudaokou Station on the Line 13. It’s only about 200 meters from the campus. You can find the subway entrance by following the guiding signs at the airport. To get to Wudaokou station, you need to take the Airport Express, transfer to the Line 10 at Sanyuanqiao station and then transfer to the Line 13 at Zhichunlu station. It will cost you around 30 yuan in total. When you exit from exit A at Wudaokou station, take the Chengfu Road and walk for 220 meters. The RED building on the RIGHT side is our School.
