On Oct. 27th, Juanzhang Liang, Tsinghua
Alumnus and Fosun Kunzhong Capital Executive General Manager, made a speech on
“Venture Capital (VC) Industry from the Perspectives of Industry Development
and Individual Career” at Tsinghua PBCSF’s “VC/PE Investment and Financing” salon.
Liang systematically
introduced the development, current situation and future challenges
of the VC industry and elaborated the VC Fund’s structure, operation mode and
potential conflict of interest. He also made a detailed analysis of the
domestic industry development trends, based on his experience.
Liang also recommended several research topics to
the students during group discussion, such as “How Different Capitals Influence
VC Returns” and “Investment Return of Industrial Capital”.
The academic salon is hosted by Tsinghua PBCSF
Graduate Student Union, aiming to provide a platform for the communication
between students and the School alumni, and to enhance students’ understanding
and analytical ability of realistic problems.
