2014 Financial Leaders of Tomorrow Summer Program opens at Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance

On June 30, the second Financial Leaders of Tomorrow Summer Program was inaugurated at Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance. 51 international students, along with a dozen of PBCSF’s Master of Finance students, attended the opening ceremony.

 

Students come from over 20 universities and colleges around the world, including the University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, Cornell University, University of British Columbia, University of Sydney and some exchange partners of Tsinghua PBCSF.  

The Financial Leaders of Tomorrow Summer Program is a 2 week international program hosted by the PBC School of Finance at Tsinghua University. First started in the year 2013, the program have attracted close to 100 students majored in finance, economics, management, and other related subjects.

In this program, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of China’s financial markets, including banking, securities, insurance, funds, and other sectors. Unique and in-depth lectures will be provided by a combination of Tsinghua faculties, policymakers from the government and industry elites with extensive experience at top financial entities. In addition, the program offers study trips to financial institutions to help students understand business in China better, and sightseeing tours in the capital city of Beijing so that they will be immersed in the wealth of history and culture.
