About the speaker:

Yi Zhang is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Dr. Zhang holds a Ph.D. in finance from Michigan State University. His current research focuses on corporate finance, banking relationship, and financial disclosure. Dr. Zhang teaches corporate finance in the MBA program and cases in corporate finance in the Master of Finance and undergraduate program at Guanghua. He has published in the Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of International Money and Finance and other leading academic journals.
