Li An

PERSONAL  PROFILE

LIU Xing is currently an assistant professor at PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University. His research interests mainly lie in corporate finance, FinTech, and insurance. His recent work examines the impacts of AI on information production and agency conflicts in human-intermediated markets. His corporate finance research focuses on firm intangibles, such as corporate culture, non-pecuniary aspects of jobs, and intellectual property. His research has been published in Management Science and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis.

Xing received his Ph.D. in Finance from University of British Columbia in 2023. Prior to that, Xing obtained Master in Finance from Tsinghua University and B.A. in Economics (Major in Insurance) from Renmin University of China.
