The Institute for State-owned Assets Management, Tsinghua University was established through a joint initiative of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education, and Tsinghua University. It is based at Tsinghua PBCSF and jointly established by the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, with the goal of becoming a national-level professional think tank in the field of state-owned assets management. 

Focused on basic theories, institutional frameworks, efficiency enhancement, and innovation in state-owned asset management, the Institute provides policy consultation and decision-making support to relevant government authorities, while also offering theoretical guidance and practical support for the reform and innovation of state-owned and central enterprises. 

The Institute is committed to contributing its expertise to deepening enterprise reform, advancing the modernization of the state-owned asset governance system, and promoting institutional innovation and capacity building in this field.
