The 12th Tsinghua University Chinese Entrepreneur Camp Closed in Hangzhou

The 12th Tsinghua University Chinese Entrepreneur Camp, held from May 28 to 31, brought together 100 founders and partners of internet finance enterprises to the city of Hangzhou.


For the 2015 camp, executives and experts from the financial industry and academia lectured on the innovation, regulation, investment and risk management in the internet finance sector.

Executive Associate Dean Li Liao, also the director of the program, addressed the opening ceremony, pointing out that hosting the Camp was to support entrepreneurs with Tsinghua’s academic resources and make contributions to the society. Over these years, he said, the Camp had become a good platform for communication among entrepreneurs.  


The Camp instructors include Kejin Wang, Deputy Director of the Legal Department of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, Li Liao, Executive Associate Dean of Tsinghua PBCSF, Jin Chen, General Manager of the Zhongan Online Property Insurance Co. Ltd, Zhenggang Peng, President of the Hundsun Technologies Inc., Yuhang Guo, Co-CEO of the Dianrong.com, Tao Jiang, CEO of the Fraudmetrix.cn, Feng Li, Partner of the IDG Capital Partners, and Chen Yu, Senior Vice President of the yeepay.com.  


The 12th Tsinghua University Chinese Entrepreneur Camp was sponsored by Hangzhou College Student Enterprise Union, Hangzhou Youth Talent Workstation, Beijing Hengchang Litong Investment Management Co., Ltd, weiyangx.com and PBCSF Finance Review. The program was first launched in March 2010. Founders of over 4,000 venture enterprises attended the programs. Through intensive courses, alumni events, featured lectures and an online educational platform, the Camp has offered entrepreneurs opportunities to learn entrepreneurship skills for free, making a bridge of communication and exchange between entrepreneurs and investors.
