The founding ceremony1st meeting of the EditorialAcademic Committee of Tsinghua Financial Review took place at Tsinghua PBCSF on January 15.

LIAO Li, executive associate dean of Tsinghua PBCSFeditor-in-chief of Tsinghua Financial Review elaborated on the journal’s mission of "analyzing economicfinancial situation, interpreting economicfinancial policies,offering suggestions on economicfinancial practices" as well as the objective of taking on the role as a think tank.

The meeting discussed the rules of procedure of the EditorialAcademic Committee,looked into the journal's future development.

Present was Dean WU Xiaoling, chairwoman of the EditorialAcademic Committee, as well as 15 committee members. Liao presided over the meeting.
