The "Dual Circulation" Strategy

Student focused on important national development issues and conducted discussions and research at the Bank of China (Dubai) and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Doha (QFC) Branch.

Building a new development pattern with the domestic circulation as the main focus and the domestic and international circulations mutually is a major initiative of China’s new development pattern.

With the opportunity of the "Three Rings Summit" and the Qatar World Cup, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Doha actively established good cooperative relationships with local financial institutions.

Bank of China (Dubai) actively integrates into the international financial markets and establishes local connections. It engaged in long-term cooperation with local financial institutions through financial innovation, connecting overseas institutions with Chinese enterprises, further promoting mutual benefit and win-win cooperation along the "Belt and Road" initiative.

PBCSF is constantly exploring and has gradually established a diversified and multi-dimensional global education module for students, through various means including doctoral joint training, winter and summer short-term programs, international exchanges and overseas internships. Students at PBCSF are able to expand their international perspectives, enhance their capability and academic excellence, and develop into responsible, comprehensive and innovative international financial talents.
