Li An

PERSONAL  PROFILE

Zhen Zhou joined Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance as an Assistant Professor in September 2016. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from New York University, his M.A. in Economics from Tsinghua University, and his B.A. in Economics from Fudan University.  

Zhen Zhou’s research focuses on financial economics and economics of information. His research interests include financial crises and regulation, corporate finance, systemic risk and financial networks. His recent work studies the contagious financial panics in financial networks and the dependence of panic-driven crises on the structure of networks, as well as information disclosure policy. He also investigates the effectiveness of regulatory policies designed to avoid such panic-driven crises.
