The Research Center for Sci-Tech and Finance was established in June 2023, focusing on exploring the nexus between finance and technology transfer, as well as entrepreneurship and innovation. Prioritizing both policy and academic research, the center is committed to build a leading Science-Technology and Finance think tank in China.

Through strategic collaborations with government agencies, esteemed research institutes, financial institutions, and leading industry enterprises, the center’s mission is to advance academic research, offer policy recommendations, promote industrial development, support talent cultivation, and improve the ecosystem of Science, Technology, and Finance in China.

The center is headed by Dr. Bibo Liu, assistant dean and associate professor of PBC School of Finance at Tsinghua University. Dr. Li An and Dr. Xing Hu, both associate professors of PBC School of Finance at Tsinghua University, serve as the deputy directors.
