The Research Center for Capital Market and Corporate Finance was established in June 2017. The Center aims to carry out policy and academic research through close collaboration with regulatory authorities. The Center is dedicated to providing policy advices to the regulators, contributing to academic community, providing communication platforms, and training financial talents.

Prof. Zhiguo He of Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, and Dr. Bibo Liu, assistant dean and associate professor of PBC School of Finance, serve as the co-directors. Dr. Li An, associate professor of PBC School of Finance, together with Dr. Xing Hu, associate professor of PBC School of Finance, is the deputy director.
