The Research Center for Global Merger Acquisition and Restructuring is established with a donation from China Oceanwide Holdings, Kunwu Jiuding Capital Co., Ltd Group and King Sun Group. The center aims to build up a premier platform for academic research and collaboration, and a top think tank in the field of global merger, acquisitions and restructuring. Aimed at promoting cutting edge research related the laws, regulations, practice research pertaining to global acquisition, the center also focuses on enhancing China’s economic transformation and industrial upgrading and integration, national “Going Global” strategy, and global allocation of China’s domestic capital and family wealth.
