The Research Center for Real Estate Finance (RCREF) focuses on policy and practical research, cross-disciplinary exchanges and education on real estate finance at PBC School of Finance (PBCSF), Tsinghua University.

The academic and strategic development of RCREF is continually guided by regulators and experts of the industry. Built upon the PBCSF‘s academic strength and multi-disciplinary resources that spans policies, academics and the industry, RCREF conducts in-depth policy studies and practical research, and promote cross-discipline exchanges and collaboration, and high-quality executive education.

PBCSF Global Forum for Real Estate Finance (the Forum), hosted by RCREF, serves as a global platform that engages policy makers, academic experts and entrepreneurs in in-depth discussions and collaboration on real estate related issues. The Forum organizes a range of events including public conferences, closed-door symposiums, and field trips. Through in-house research and peer collaboration, the Forum produces high-quality intellectual output including policy studies, industry white papers, special-topic research, white papers, and case studies. All events and research activities at RCREF and GFREF are sponsored by leading enterprises and investment institutions of the industry.
