Abstract:

 The insurance system of mutual payment for school accidents in Japan is developed and promoted by Japan Sports Revitalization Center, an independent administrative legal person. It is also the only public welfare insurance that includes students'sports accident injury in the scope of compensation. Therefore, the insurance system provides a great guarantee for Japanese teenagers to engage in sports. In this research report, we will introduce in detail the specific content, scope of service, legal and rule system and development process of the accident mutual payment insurance system in Japanese schools, in order to understand its specific role, development mode and the way to build the mutual insurance system. The stability of the system will also be discussed and studied based on the specific operation mode of the system and the situation of participation and claim settlement in the past five years.
